Help Center
Why is your price higher than the first number I saw elsewhere?+
It isn't — it's the whole number. Most sites add 25–35% in fees at checkout; we show the all-in price from the first screen, so the number you see is the number you pay.
What do the seat ratings mean?+
Every listing gets a value score for its section — view quality versus price. A high rating means you're paying less than that view usually costs.
Are these real tickets?+
Not yet. This is a demo running on sample listings so you can try the whole experience. Real Bay Area inventory is being connected now.
Can I buy tickets right now?+
You can walk the full flow up to the checkout preview. Orders switch on when live inventory lands.
How do favorites and alerts work?+
Heart any event, artist, or team and it's saved on this device. When live data is connected, favorites become price alerts.
Still stuck?
This is a demo build, so there's no support desk yet — but feedback is gold. Tell the founder what confused you and it'll get fixed.
